'Four Afro Cuban Poems' Recorded by the RPO on the Pixaudio Label
In November, the orchestral version of Four Afro Cuban Poems sees its first recorded release, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for the Pixaudio label. The recording also features mezzo soprano soloist Simone Ibbett Brown, and conductor Michael Poll. The album, titled Portraits and Serenades , also includes music by Edward Elgar, Ian Venables, Daniel Thomas Davis and Shruthi Rajasekar.
